My reading with Lisa felt like pure magic. Even if we were on different continents, speaking by phone, I felt an incredible charge coming from her. Recently I experienced the Oracle Healing Mandala Drum for the first time and it was otherworldly. The space was thoughtfully prepared and the energy felt sweet and fierce. As the first group had their hands on the drum I felt pain in my physical body and sensed silk ribbons flowing through me. It was fascinating to feel the parts that were revealing themselves, intensifying then releasing. Retracing and unwinding. I saw time lines but they were not linear, more like spiraling ribbons that could flow easily in all directions. It was incredible to see and feel the drum move in patterns around the space. The messages that came to Amy for me were sweet and shifted my thinking regarding the loss of my mom. They taught me new ways to embody grief, and revealed how maternal love is everlasting. After the session I felt very peaceful. My dreams were strongly connected to the spirit world for many days afterwards. Something I have experienced only after returning home from a week long spiritual journey in the jungle.

After an MRI in December 2010, I was told that whole brain radiation was indicated. My radiation oncologist warned of side effects, particularly extreme fatigue during and after treatments. Radiation took place daily for three weeks. I kept waiting for the “fatigue” to occur but it never did. My energy level during and after treatment was amazing and even my husband was pleasantly surprised. Lisa referred to her treatment as “vibrational medicine.” Earlier in the fall I had seven weeks of chest radiation. It’s unbelievable how the fatigue consumed my body during this prolonged period of treatment. This all took place before beginning my therapy with Lisa in November 2010. She has been part of my treatment since then.

Thank you Lisa for our session. My energy level has never been so high and I feel really great. During the session, I felt my energy level increasing. I could feel in it in my core, but I especially felt it in my forearms and hands. It was incredible, to the point where I was wondering what to do with all that energy in my hands. You placed a big bowl over my solar plexus, belly and pelvis. While the sound resonated through my body, I had my first major insight: my purpose is to heal others. My mind was confused as I didn’t know how, or what it really meant. But at the same time I had a feeling of certainty; a knowing that made me feel so confident. You kept on working on opening my solar plexus. I felt a huge relief, like if I was finally letting go of a heavy suitcase. And on the other hand, I felt a massive increase in power. This only made my first insight stronger and stronger. You then placed a lighter bowl on my heart and another on my belly. This is when I got my second big insight. I questioned my intention of wanting to heal others. I got a pretty straightforward answer: if my intention was recognition, reward, success, celebrity, it would not work. If my ego gets in the way, I would not receive the energy to heal others. My intention should be to accomplish my God-given purpose. Period. You then turned me around on the table. The energy was flowing through my body, I could feel the energy healing the traumas my body had been going through in the past year while going through cancer-treatment. The vibration of the bowls on my back were super healing. Then you started massaging the top and the bottom of my spine. I felt like the energy of the universe was flowing through me. I met Lisa through a mutual friend (Carole Gardner) in 2009. I had just finished radiation for ground level breast cancer. Being diagnosed, I felt, was a wakeup call. I met Lisa a few years ago, when I believe I was at my lowest point. I felt stuck, lost, and I knew I wanted more out of life, but did not know where to begin. I met Lisa in April 2009 when I was experiencing frequent suicidal ideations and somehow knew I needed to heal spiritually from within. My friend was a client’s of Lisa’s for the past few years and recommended her numerous times, but I kept putting off making an appointment for myself. Despite many good friends and a supportive husband, my depression intensified over time. In the recent past, I had tried traditional 1:1 talk therapy with a licensed social worker, but I was done talking. I also suffered from chronic right-sided pain from head to toe. For years I underwent traditional massage, a bout with acupuncture, and a year of chiropractic care. Nothing worked, and I continued to feel contracted and pained. This too, I felt, would only heal if I was able to heal emotionally and spiritually. Lisa utilized holistic massage and bodywork, talk, sound healing. I also signed up for Lisa’s 200-hour yoga instructor training almost immediately after one of my first visits with her. The combination of regular holistic bodywork, sound healing, yoga, and meditation began to change my life for the better. All the work Lisa was doing with me resonated like nothing I had experienced previously. Over the next year, Lisa taught me Reiki I, II, and III. I feel being initiated into Reiki shifted me alchemically. After Reiki III, I felt well enough to speak with my doctor about stopping my Paxil after ten years! He agreed and I was weaned off the antidepressant one month later. I feel so much better equipped to handle the stressors in life. I now realize stress is not bad, but rather how I react to it.

I had my follow up sonogram to check for improvements in Aiden's bladder and kidneys. As you know the doctors were concerned that they were not releasing fluid on one side and were thinking if it didn't correct itself they may have to call in a specialist and possibly surgery after delivery... Well the follow up went fantastic! Not only did they see improvements but they said it looks completely normal and there is no need for follow up exams :) They estimate him as a very healthy and relaxed 4.4 pound baby as of now and said everything looks great! Just 6 more weeks to go and Ricky and I can not wait to bring him into this world. The doctor said he has a very relaxed heart rate. So thank you for all your love and support, it will never go unnoticed and I know Aiden is feeling the love already. I have been noticing how Aiden connects to sound lately and especially the drum so if there is anyway I could get a frame drum I would love to purchase one :) I feel like it is a great way to connect with him while still in the womb and once he has entered into the world :) Again thank you for all you do, I am filled with love and gratitude for all who have been a part of this wonderful journey.

I had a very proud moment I’d like to share with you! I was nervous about helping a client so I started to reread notes from class hoping for some clue or enlightenment. To my surprise I didn’t have to do anything but listen to the client and address the emotional issues that were coming up while doing the session. The same thing happened with the following sessions each time she felt lighter and her arthritis in her hands was improving by this time they had more movement in them that she had stopped taking the steroids. I was shocked and happy. So it shows how deep emotional issues can affect someone. With her it was her bones and with each layer we removed the lighter she says she feels everywhere. I was encouraged to begin my yoga teacher journey by Lisa Ishwari Murphy. I had a lot of chronic pain, physical ailments, as my body was stuck in a contracted place and I felt very weak and sick most of the time. I reached a place in my healing journey where it was vital to get my physical body into a light body. A light body was something I desired and at the same time didn’t fully believe was truly possible. As soon as I started yoga teacher training I was skeptical, reluctant and wondering how my body was going to be able to move into poses. I quickly realized Sva Ha yoga has so little to do with the actual postures and poses. It is a way of life. No matter the posture, “The soul is on its knees.” It was a very emotional process, during the first few classes. I had a lot of doubt and was reluctant about continuing the process. I didn’t realize how hard on myself and my body I actually was. I was learning the very foreign concept of being compassionate and loving towards myself without forcing myself into a painful pose that my body wasn’t ready for. The lesson of self love and compassion came flooding in. I saw myself becoming rhythmic in the practices. My body was actually naturally flowing and pulsing without pain. I was literally letting go and flowing freely. I was so much lighter and freer. By the end of training, the movement poses that scared me the most, I began to absolutely love. I felt more confident and fluid in my body than ever before. As we began to practice teach I could see my gifts shining my light, and confidence coming through me as I spoke from this connected place. It Ignited me to a place of “wow I am really meant to be doing this, a yoga teacher “. Never in my wildest dreams did I see this coming. It allowed me to grow, bloom and transform into my higher potential. This was only possible with the support, compassion and wisdom, love, and teachings of the yoga teachers and supportive students. I highly recommend Sva Ha yoga teacher training. It completely transformed my life and left a beautiful imprint on my heart. - Nicole

Lisa is a talented, gifted healer with an innate ability to connect with her clients. She is warm, empathetic and truly dives deep to work with the root causes of ailments/issues. Awww this is hard to do because there’s SO much to share. Oh goodness. Ever since I’ve worked with Lisa on accessing the ancestor who was most connected to the Schumann pulse, fierce, noble, bold, and playful — I’ve become that in my life. I’ve created environments to nourish those genes that had been activated in session with Lisa.
