Ashley Senra

Ash Senra is a guide, healer, and devoted teacher (and student) of natural law whose life and practice embody the living wisdom of the ancients. She has a deep connection with the stars and the living Waters. Rooted in energy medicine, sound healing, and earth-based practices, she supports others in aligning with the innate brilliance of creation and the truth carried within the body and spirit.


Her training includes Energy for Life Coaching, Sva Ha Yoga and the Synergy of Sound™, Kundalini Yoga, Advanced Sound Conductor Certification, Energy Medicine, Reiki infused with Bioscalar energy, Shamanic Practices, Transformational Bodywork, Crystal Energy, The Alchemy of Voice, and The Ancient Art of Channeling. She has studied extensively under Lisa Ishwari Murphy of Fairhaven Healing Arts and the Sva Ha Yoga & Synergy of Sound Training Academy for over 15 years, receiving oral transmissions and initiations in Bon Po and Q’ero lineages, as well as 300+hours toward her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training.


Ash is Co-Director of The Synergy of Sound and Energy Medicine, Co-Creator of the Rainbow Bridge to Avalon and the founder of The Light of Gaia. Ash is Lisa Ishwari Murphy’s direct lineage holder and carries the ability to work in all the Sva Ha Streams of Consciousness and Certifications. When Lisa put out a call for two young women to carry her work forward, Ash answered that call with devotion and integrity. Although young, she holds the wisdom of a sage and started her path quite early.

As a teen Ash met Lisa and shortly after she began classes and healing sessions. The transformation from limitation and physical pain to liberation, care taking and burnout to a life of service and life force, and from deep grief to peace.


Through this transformation she has unveiled and reignited many frozen aspects of herself.  Her gifts are in deep connection to nature and the elements and emerges from the ancient streams of consciousness where channeled sound, rhythmic movement, and igniting energy converge to restore balance and coherence. Through her commitment to natural law and conscious practice, she has not only transformed her own life but also the lives of her children, her animals, and the community she serves. She is a bridge for unifying families and sparking the magical child within beings of all ages. She has a heartfelt bond with animals and has the ability of opening the lines of communication between them and their stewards allowing them to activate their purpose. Ash has a passion for assisting in their healing and transformation through intuitive sight and listening to the physical body.

Weaving together a connection that offers animals an experience to transform and heal and to honor animals as a support and ally in the field of healing. She walks in gratitude with the Shambhalla community, guided by the principles of truth, harmony, and sacred reciprocity.


Ash’s journey through connecting with crystals, animals and nature began at a young age and as she has expanded so has her ability to communicate, balance and restore the natural flow of all living things.

Her presence and practice has a deep connection with rainbow jaguar and the cosmos inviting others to remember their own essence, reactivate their connection to the pulse, and ignite the life force within.
